I recently tried this hair coloring technique. It was simple and quick and provided great results. Although it doesn't last for a long period of time, it works for quick styling. This quick process is great for holiday parties and celebrations or even if you just want to change your color regularly.

I purchased Maybelline Color Tattoo Metal 24 hour creme eye shadow in (inked in Pink) color. 

It glides on smoothly with bold color. There is no harsh chemicals or dyes. It washes out easily and will last if you do not add any oils or any additional hair products.
