How to Highlight Hair Using Cinnamon
Hair coloring has harsh chemicals which can severely damage hair which defeats the purpose of using organic products on your hair. Although you can use henna to color your hair. There are other alternatives to safely highlight your coils. After 3 to 4 applications, you should see results. Just proceed with patience.

Ingredients for Highlighting
1 Cup of deep conditioner
1 Cup of organic honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions:
Apply prior to washing the hair. Leave on for 3 to 4
hours, possibly overnight. Rinse thoroughly. Shampoo.
Red
Highlights
You may also add Jamaican Sorrel which adds additional
red highlights. To prepare: Boil water and pour over the sorrel. Soak
overnight. Strain off the water and add the above ingredients to the sorrel.
Pour the liquid over the hair after shampooing. Massage into hair, wrap with
plastic cap and leave on the hair for one hour or more. Caution: Sorrel stains
so be careful during application process.

growth, prevents
hair loss, heals split ends and thickens hair.
Burgundy
Highlights
2 beets
½ Tbsp. water
1 Cup deep conditioner
Directions:
Blend the beets or use a juicer until beets become
liquefied. Add to conditioner. However, do not let conditioner become to runny.
Leave on hair for 3 to 4 hours with a plastic cap or it can be left on hair
overnight. Wash out. Reapply for 3 to 4 applications to see results.
